Why Should I Protect My Energy?
I personally feel like, if we gave our energy to whoever wanted it we wouldn't have any energy left for our selves. We have to recognize the energy drainers- people who make you feel weak or exhausted after your interactions with them. I personally stay away from those because if I don't it's self inflicted. You want energy fillers - people who make you feel full after your interactions.
The simplest way I can put it is, don't spread yourself thin! You want to be Quality not Quantity. Shit! You should want Quality over Quantity. I don't know, share your thoughts below and/or click here to share in the MG Safe Haven with us.
I personally protect my energy because i view my energy as being Sacred. My energy can be sacrificial yet I choose to control wether my energy is being shown as positive or negative. My personal power of having my own thoughts as well as sharing them with others.
Your absolutely right! You cant pour from a empty cup! When you allow people to drain your energy it heightens your emotions in a negative way. We tend to snap at the people who truly love us.
Agreed. Energy is MORE REAL than something you can physically reach out and touch. It can be felt. Real ish though, our energy is sacred. I won’t even spare my momma, ALL toxicities must go!

I love this!!!! I total agree on protecting your energy can’t be giving yourself to everyone. Man I feel that protecting ya energy and being selfish go hand and hand!
