• It can possibly take up to 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped from our location
• Once the shipment is sent the product(s) are shipped via USPS.
• A notification of confirmation will be sent to the email that was provided.
• Please allow shipping time for the carrier. 

Refund Policy:

• There are no refunds. All orders are final.
• We can do exchanges, ONLY if your product that was delivered is damaged.
• If you have a damaged product, email contact@mgsafehaven.com or click the contact link inside of mgsafehaven.com
• Be sure to send your product back to the same address it was sent from, and we will gladly exchange it out for a new one.
