Is forcing yourself to do something because you want to keep your word unhealthy or noble???

I truly feel that it can be both unhealthy and noble. I feel that the better question would be which one would you rather be??? Unhealthy or noble??? For me it depends on the person, situation, or circumstances. I personally am NOT a noble person... I am genuine but I am not noble, I do not believe in doing things at my own expense. I am very big on energy, if it diminish's my energy or takes away from my spirit I will dead it. I don't care what i thought, expected, or said. I've never been big on words anyway, only actions and vibes.

I feel like if its not causing you harm and not going against self and you have to do it, then try however if it is not feeding you and just taking from you it is a disservice. It becomes unhealthy when it causes stress and unwanted pressure. If you can handle it and cope or flourish at the same time, dont fold and uphold your end of the deal.

I believe keeping your word means a lot as well as your action to follow. I know now that words are meaningless when the actions don’t align. I dont think anyone should do anything that will cost them more harm than good.

I’ve realized that keeping my word, shows the true intention of my interest in my well being as well as the next person’s. Living (keeping my word) for the next person is forward thinking, yet WE all choose the interactions thats beneficial to us as well as the person we choose to keep our word for. Yet, being Noble to a person’s well being, shows your own personal nobility and unhealthy interactions. I would say perceptions of yourself as well as well as the reflections of other’s creates unhealthy or noble bonds.
