Even though taking accountability is so f**kin hard at times
I do it because I am learning that I still have a lot of healing to do. I was able to heal myself from a few things and thought that I was back to normal! Don't get me wrong, when you heal from something you automatically feel liberated and free. Until the universe exposes something new for you to heal from. Being the fact that I am still healing from past trauma it causes me to be the toxic partner at times and the Godly partner that every mate needs at times.
That's why I feel that becoming spiritually aware and being deeply rooted with who you genuinely are will definitely make it easier for you to heal from anything. NEW and OLD. Yea, I have received responses from customer service but nothing resulting in my package or tracking number. I did however receive 10step guides sent in place of the kits (I ordered 2 kits plus 10step guides bundle) but never the kits. I canceled and was told that I would receive my refund by customer service but it was disputed saying I received tracking numbers but again the tracking number was for the INCLUDED 10 step guides only. I did purchase these kits in November using the early Black Friday deal so with that being said it’s been well over the pre order date and any other date. I do have a local Crystal shop that I use religiously but I can’t lie I wanted to support ! Now just wish I could get my money back I mean if I was going to donate it would be to someone less fortunate then myself and by choice not just a freebie I have 4 kids I could’ve spent that on or a bill 💵

Yeah I’ll say contact customer service when you have questions about your order but nobody from customer service seems to contact the customer let’s be real here I’ve reached out numerous times even through Instagram DM‘s no response like what’s really going on I have no shipping date nobody gets back with you what kind of business is this yall You stay promoting and selling shit want people to get in safe haven buy this tap in to this blah blah blah I know my little money may not mean nothing to y’all but it mean a lot to me
